Membership Information You Need to Know!
- Discounted Memberships are offered to current employees of: City of Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Tuscaloosa Police Department, Tuscaloosa Fire Department, Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Department, Northport Fire Department, Northport Police Department. At this time, County Board of Education employees are not eligible for discounted memberships.
- You may apply your admission cost to the purchase of a Membership. This offer is only valid on the day of your visit.
- Bring membership card and valid photo ID at each visit for admission to museum.
- Membership cardholder names are to match valid photo ID.
- Grandparents of the same household address may purchase memberships and name grandchildren up to selected membership level.
- Caregiver/Nanny must be 18+ years old for an adult Add-A-Member card.
- Add-A-Member card will have the same expiration date as the primary Membership card. The name of Add-A-Member must be provided when purchased. ( no proration )
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable and only names listed will be given free admission. CHOM applies only qualified discounts to memberships.
- Memberships do not provide free admission to organized group tours and field trips.
- Replacement cards duplicating original: $10 charge per card per occurrence.
- Your membership information will be in CHOM’s database in 2-4 business days and cards mailed. Please use your purchase receipt as your Membership card until cards are received. If cards are not received after 2 weeks, please contact Ashley White (205) 349-4235 or [email protected]
